The ranald is in a fantastic spot, just a short walk from everything we needed. The room was very comfortable, and we felt really safe there. The staff went the extra mile by freezing our ice packs and providing ice for our food. I loved that! It was a very mellow atmosphere in the dining area too.
would recommend.

The hotel was a good choice for enjoying a fairly nice area, just off good pub quiz on a Wednesday night, town centre, island. Very central location was a plus. A cool bonus was Costa Coffee, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee...
None.

Consider asking for a room away from the front to avoid afternoon heat, as well as checking if a fan without a light is available.

The breakfast offered a lovely variety, including some good baked eggs. The overall atmosphere didn't meet expectations and left a sense of disappointment, especially regarding the lack of standout amenities. It's a convenient spot for exploring local eateries and attractions, but improvements could enhance the overall visit.

wifi signal was weak at times.

missingWrote a review on 08 Julunique breakfastconvenient locationcramped room
The breakfast offerings were unique, with good baked eggs that definitely set a fresh tone for the day. The location's proximity to the ferry terminal made it super convenient for early departures.
The room felt a bit cramped, likely due to the hotel being fully booked, which limited any chance for upgrades. The mattress seemed quite firm, a matter of personal preference that might not suit everyone. The automatic bathroom light turning on was more disruptive than helpful, especially during the night.
